What should be used to improve memory?


Patients ask this question every day. The Lviv Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine continues to inform!

Walnuts are an excellent brain stimulant. It is a source of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Thanks to them, nuts can improve memory and concentration, relieve nervous tension and stress. In addition, nuts contain vitamin B, magnesium and essential amino acids tryptophan and isoleucine. In a complex with fatty acids, they have a positive effect on the nervous system and mood.

It is recommended to eat at least 30 grams of walnuts per day (7 kernels or 14 halves) as a preventive measure.

Nuts also contain a high dose of vitamin B9, better known as folic acid. It increases immunity, participates in the work of the digestive system, improves metabolism and is a necessary component of the diet of pregnant women. It plays an important role in the formation of the neural tube of the fetus.

Nuts contain a lot of fiber and oil, which can strengthen the work of the intestines. Therefore, they are useful for people prone to constipation. Nuts also contain iodine!

So: at least 3 nuts for Cinderella - but every day!
