PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING on the topic: "Professional burnout" and "Prevention of emotional burnout" took place in the Yavorivskyi district department of the "Lviv Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine"
It was conducted by psychologists of the mobile group "People in trouble".
Knowledge helped us:
understand yourself better, worry about your own psychological state,
finding the optimal zone for each of us is a window of tolerance.
to have more mutual understanding in communication
to be able to communicate with people, to develop critical thinking.
find your own resources in overcoming stressful situations and be able to persevere. We tried:
Method of art therapy using the picture "What tree will convey our emotionality" (How I feel at work)
Dixit cards are an emotional game about a person's state of mind.
Technique "Palm of sensations", "breath control", "STOP-stress" checklist, "Butterfly"
They did interesting exercises, exercises!!!
