According to the results of the daily monitoring of the radiation background, which was carried out by the specialists of the Lviv Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, no excesses of natural background levels were observed at control points in the city of Lviv and the region.
According to the results of the analysis of measurements of the natural radiation background, the Lviv region can be considered radiation safe.
