According to the results of the daily monitoring of the radiation background, which was carried out by the specialists of the Lviv Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, no excesses of the levels of natural background values were noted at the checkpoints in the city of Lviv and the region.
Based on the results of the analysis of measurements of the natural radiation background, the Lviv region can be recognized as radiation safe.
