Is anxiety stealing your thoughts?

Raise your hand who practices mindfulness Remember we talked about how chronic stress and fatigue can cloud our awareness? When emotions overflow, we seem to lose touch with reality, and from a full life we switch to the "existence" mode.

Mindfulness — the ability to escape stress and focus on the here and now — can be trained. And what is very gratifying is that you don't need to climb mountains or learn Buddhist teachings for this. Simple techniques that can be repeated anywhere will help: at home, in the office, or even at the subway station.

When you notice that the automatic mode has turned on (because anxiety has left no room in your head for other thoughts), remember that you have another effective technique. Let's look for colors around?
