How to organize quality food in educational institutions

This was discussed today during the School Food Forum in Lviv.

The Forum was opened by Ivan Sobko, Deputy Chairman of the Lviv Regional State Administration.

The goal is to coordinate all the best practices to form a school food strategy.

The educational community of Lviv Oblast united in the discussion, in particular, heads of institutions of general secondary and vocational-technical education, leaders of student self-government.

Oleg Paska, director of the Department of Education and Science of the Lviv Regional State Administration, spoke about the current state of school nutrition and presented a strategy for the development of nutrition in general secondary education institutions.

Director General of the Lviv Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention Nataliya Ivanchenko Nataliya Ivanchenko Timko talked about "Healthy nutrition for schoolchildren".

Recommendations on the formation of the "Healthy Schoolboy's Plate" have already been implemented in educational institutions of the Lviv region.
