Parents of schoolchildren can breathe a sigh of relief - from now on, medical certificates for enrolling a child in an educational institution can be obtained from a family doctor!
The family doctor will conduct all basic examinations of the child: taking an anamnesis, a complete physical examination, checking for signs of acute illness or chronic conditions, as well as measurement of height and body weight, examination of visual acuity, hearing (whispered speech), posture and plantography.
Based on the results of such medical examinations, uniform documents will be issued.
Important: in order to receive a certificate, the child must receive all vaccinations according to the National Calendar of Preventive Vaccinations.
Medical examinations for enrolling a child in kindergarten or school are mandatory. Medical examinations for admission to other educational institutions will be conducted only if it is required by the institution itself or the conditions of admission.
