Cardiovascular diseases (hereinafter referred to as CVD) are mostly the result of your lifestyle

The main cause of heart attacks, strokes and other CVDs is unhealthy behavior - but you can save your heart if you take care of your health every day

Give up tobacco products and e-smoking devices. There is no such thing as safe smoking, and even a few cigarettes every now and then still harms the heart and blood vessels.

Stop drinking alcohol. Alcohol increases blood pressure and increases the risk of stroke. Even 1 bottle of beer can be harmful, because there is no safe dose of alcohol.

Eat a healthy and balanced diet - consume 400 g of vegetables and fruits and no more than 1 tsp. of salt daily), as well as monitor the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Be physically active. Set aside at least 30 minutes of your time for moderate physical activity every day.

Adjust your daily habits and feel how your well-being improves
