About contacts with patients with COVID-19

Monitoring and observation of contact persons is established for a period of 14 days from the last contact with a confirmed or probable case, regardless of whether the contact person was vaccinated against COVID-19;

contacts who have been vaccinated with the second dose of the vaccine 14 days after vaccination (with a 2-dose regimen) or 14 days after receiving a single dose of the vaccine (with a 1-dose regimen), as well as those who have become ill with COVID-19 within the last 6 months ( with documentary confirmation), in the absence of symptoms are not subject to self-isolation.

When such a person shows symptoms of COVID-19, they are subject to examination for the determination of the SARS-CoV-2 antigen using rapid tests and/or the test for the determination of the SARS-CoV-2 antigen by the ELISA method (in the event that it is impossible to determine the SARS-CoV-2 antigen with using rapid tests and/or a SARS-CoV-2 antigen detection test using the ELISA method, SARS-CoV-2 RNA is detected by the PCR method) and self-isolation until the examination result is obtained.

In the case of receiving a positive result of the examination, all appropriate measures are taken for these persons as a person who meets the definition of a case of COVID-19;
