We continue the story about the Ukrainian plate of healthy food.

The fourth sector is whole grain products.

- It is WHOLE grains, that is, products made from whole grains, which contain the germ and the shell, in which substances useful for us remain. First of all, these are various cereals.

- Bread and loaves are in the same segment, but they are also preferably whole grain, and not just sprinkled with grains on top.

- Also pasta - also from whole grains or from hard ones

should also not be forgotten in the daily diet.

- How much whole grains do you need to eat every day (this is both porridge and bread together)?

It is recommended to consume 70 grams of whole grains for women and 90 grams for men.
