#Let's say no to stroke

There are 5 sectors on the Ukrainian Plate. Each sector represents the most useful food products that should be in our diet every day:

 The first and largest sector is vegetables, the most popular Ukrainian vegetables are beets, carrots, onions and garlic, pumpkins, cabbage and zucchini, cucumbers and tomatoes, and others. Also in this segment there are legumes - our traditional peas and beans, as well as chickpeas, lentils, soybeans and others. If we talk in grams, then you should aim for a daily consumption of at least 300 g of vegetables or 4-5 servings. A portion is about 75g, like a small cucumber or tomato. Do not forget that 4-5 portions are the minimum. To be continued!
