5 simple rules of healthy eating

Numerous studies prove that a well-balanced diet is very important in the prevention and control of the risk of stroke. At the same time, choosing a healthy lifestyle reduces the risk of stroke by 80%.


Remember 5 simple rules of healthy eating. Use per day:

- five servings of fruits, vegetables and berries

daily (400-600 g);

- no more than one teaspoon of salt;

- no more than 10 teaspoons added

sugar;

- more fiber (whole grains

cereals, legumes, nuts);

- more useful oils, less

animal fats and trans fats

(bakery, fast food, fried dishes).
